Annual Operating Statement

The enterprise, which has an Industrial Registry Certificate, has to declare the production and consumption information of the previous year in the Annual Operation Chart. “Industrial Registry Law 5.”

 

Annual Business Schedule Visa (Renewal)

It is obligatory to submit the Annual Business Chart to the Provincial Science, Industry and Technology Directorates within the first 4 months of each year (until the end of April). Otherwise, an Administrative Fine is applied.

The activeness of the companies that do not give annual operating charts for two consecutive years is inspected on-site by the Provincial Directorate staff.

 

Annual Business Schedule Cancellation

Companies whose companies have been closed or whose production has stopped must CANCEL their Industrial Registry Certificate. According to the opinion received from the Provincial Science, Industry and Technology Directorates according to the date within the canceled year, it should be confirmed whether the annual business information of the last year will be entered or not.

If the institution requests to enter the annual operating schedule, the system application must be made by the end of April of the next year. The annual operating schedule can also be sent to the Provincial Directorates of Science, Industry and Technology by hand or by registered mail.
