CE Exemption Certificate is given to companies that have industry registry and capacity report, the information in the Industry Registry and Capacity Report must match. CE Exemption Certificate is issued in two forms, invoiced and annual.

CE Exemption Certificate

Some products that must bear the CE mark are inspected within the scope of the regulations in the annex of the import control communiqué.

Industrialists must obtain an exemption letter in order not to subject the inputs they import to use in the product they produce.

This exemption, which is granted on an annual basis, is granted with an application made to the Provincial Directorate of Science, Industry and Technology, where the industrial registration certificate is issued.

CE Exemption Certificate is issued in two forms, invoiced and annual.

 

Postpaid CE Exemption

It is given for products imported individually with an invoice.

 

Annual CE Exemption

It is given as much as the entire consumption need in the Capacity Report, valid until the last day of December of the current year.
