Industry Registration Certificate

It is obligatory to renew the Industrial Registry Certificates every 2 (two) years as of the date of issue.

Industry Registration Certificate;

According to the Industry Registry Law No. 6948;

  • industrial enterprises,
  • Businesses that make continuous and serial repairs,
  • Electricity, other power generating plants,
  • To workplaces in large constructions such as shipbuilding

It is a document given by the Provincial Directorate of Science, Industry and Technology.

  • They benefit from the support and loans provided by Public Institutions and Organizations.

 

MATTERS TO CONSIDER

Enterprises with more than one production site must issue a separate Capacity Report for each production site and obtain a separate Industrial Registry Certificate for each address.

In order to be able to issue an Industrial Registry Certificate to companies operating more than one at the same address, the following conditions must be met.

  • The different production activities of the companies,
  • The physical space they use is visibly divided and there is no common machinery and equipment,
  • All kinds of Chamber and SSK workplace records have been made,
  • Not using joint personnel,
  • Companies to have a separate capacity report.

 

Note...

  • Registration in the Industrial Registry Information System within 2 months after industrial enterprises start their production activities
  • It is obligatory to renew the Industrial Registry Certificates every 2 (two) years as of the date of issue.
  • Industry registration certificates are not issued to software companies (non-industrial companies).
