
Capasity Report
The Capacity Report is issued to companies engaged in manufacturing and labor-intensive assembly-based production. Capacity reports are not issued for companies that outsource contract work.
Capasity Report
It is a document showing the machinery and installation, annual production and consumption capacity information of artisans and craftsmen operating in the fields of manufacturing, trade, construction and service.
Capasity Report; It is used to enter the records of public institutions and the Ministry in transactions related to incentives, quotas, allocations, tenders, imports and exports.
Capacity Report validity period is minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years as of TOBB approval date.
Areas where the Capacity Report is Used
- Investment Incentive Certificate and closures,
- Inward Processing Authorization Certificate and closures,
- Various Import and Export transactions,
- In official and private tenders,
- In domestic and international loan procurement,
- Participating in domestic and international fairs,
- In the supply of allocated or imported raw materials with tariff quota applied,
- In obtaining the manufacturer's certificate,
- In tax inspections,
- In applications for Provisional Acceptance Permit and closing commitments,
- Electricity usage from discounted tariff and purchase of Industrial Registry Certificate,
is used.
Reasons for Renewing the Capacity Report
